What Is A Woman of Standard?

Help Us Spread the Word! Share…Share…Share

A Woman of Standard is a woman that refuses to settle for anything
less than God’s best. A Woman of Standard is one that in spite of
life’s trials or her various mistakes she may make, she refuses to walk
with her head held down. But she walks with her head held high to
represent confidence in her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. For it is
because of Him that she is suitable to be a Woman of Standard.

Transitioning to a Woman of Standard is not easy but actually quite the
opposite: hard work. The transformation process does not occur over
night neither does it come without TOTAL submission to the Holy
Spirit. Women of Standard give up the ‘good life’ or what some may
portray to be the ‘good life’ to live an ‘obedient life’ unto God. Now, here is
where it gets tough because obedience is not easy especially when you
are used to doing what you want to do when you want to do it. A Woman
of Standard does not try to compete with other women neither is she
easily intimidated. For she knows who she is (in God) but most
importantly she knows WHOSE she is.

She does not seek validation from men or from others that may be in her life. For she is very well aware of her vital relationship that she has with the Father and her worth unto Him. She carries herself always expressing the love of God and operating in the fruit of the Spirit (Galatians 5:22). A Woman of Standard never tries to do anything in her own strength neither does she break a sweat. For she knows who her burden bearer and ultimate source is therefore, she doesn’t attempt to do anything but yet ALL things through Christ which strengthens her. So in summary a Woman of Standard is a woman of love, wisdom, virtue, self control, obedience, faith, class; and all the other wonderful things that the Bible states should be a part of our character. So I aim the question: What type of woman are you?
